Ontario Para Alpine Race Team (OPART)

CADS Ontario offers a Learn to Race program, that runs out of Craigleith on Sundays in January and February.

Candidates for the program must have a physical disability, and ski independently, with a ‘Need for Speed’.

Participants are expected to work at improving their fitness level, while learning to negotiate through race gates. All participants must have their own equipment.

The program is aimed at having participants progress to the Provincial Team at the end of two seasons.

Spaces are extremely limited. Interested individuals should contact gwen@aoprt.ca

CADS Ontario continues to support our provincial team, from the Development Level to National Prospects. Team members must try out for the team, and meet criteria.

Team members aspire to competing at Nationals, and other IPCAS and Nor Am races.
